All items must be returned within 28 days of receipt for international deliveries and 7 days for domestic deliveries. This applies to both online orders and in-store purchases.
We offer up to 2 exchanges per item at no extra charge. If the replacement costs more, a gift card purchase will be needed for the difference.
Regular items are refunded to the original payment method. Sale items are refunded via Gift Cards only. Store credit refunds will be emailed as a code.
We don't take responsibility for lost parcels while being returned to us. We recommend using tracked shipping services.
